Hi Riaan. There was a discount reversal for discounts incorrectly received in March and April while you were still on DStv Compact Subscription. The finance team picked this up and made a reversal of R 238.32 on 18-07-2019 when they were reconciling accounts. The amount due on 01-08-2019 is R 852.32 inclusive of the outstanding amount as well as your services. Apologies for the error on our end. When I saw the discount.... I queried the discount agent said it's a discount due to switched to new decoder and upgrade to compact plus now dstv reversed the discount and tell me I have to pay it now
