SABC channels not working

I have changed my packages frequently over the past few months, and every time I change, the SABC channels and ETV give a E16 error. I have to waste time and money to contact the call centre to get it resolved. They say I must reboot to correct the error which doesn't work. I have downgraded from Select 2 to Access to listen to the new audio channels added, it doesn't make sense why you don't add them to your popular Select packages (or is it too much money?)
