Dear Multichoice,

I am overwhelmed with such incompetence or should I say the odecity, asually ****. I signed up for Compact pricelock last year before you you'll lose the airplay of other channels like BET. Now I want to downgrade my package because it is no what I signed up for and according to law if you as a provider decide not to ablige to what you as Multichoice agree on_ Which make the whole agreement as Nul in void however now I am told that I must pay for the cancelation fee. Wow Multichoice is really a ****, in order to let me downgrade they trying to make me pay for not delivering for what they say they going to provide. If it was my choice there would be no star.
