So everytime I try to down garde my package they say I can't do from the date it can only happen after my payment date Is this Multi choice way of making money This is unacceptable I need my downgrade and balance credited Yesterday I also wanted to add another stream and explained where I wanna stream and they did it but just to find out it's for a cellphone
