RVERSAL OF BALANCE BROUGHT FOWARD

All my entire years being with you has been nothing but nightmares, I called in on the 20th and spoke to Mihlali who advised e on a recorded line that I have been short paying and hence I have been geting balance brought foward for the past year. I requested to speak to a T/L and spoke to Nomvuyiseko who promised to call me back at 14:00 the same day and I have been waiting for the call, only to wake and find my services cancelled again.

I want all the balanace brought fowards that I have ever paid for reversed and for the reconnection fees too

How can I short pay if I go to your self service portal and get an amount that needs to be paid and get reconnecetd again. How is it my problem that I request for the payment due and pay the required amount only to be told that I'm short paying.
