Ruthless service

I'm on prepaid. I was supposed to pay monthly subscription by the 16th. I forgot to pay due to weekend errands. I was cut off while watching the news this morning. I'm not disputing the payment due by me. My point is an opportunistic trap to make undue profit from poor people. They sent an sms reminder, with penalty fees already charged, after cutting off the service. Why do you not send a warning before you cut off my services.
