Ruthless, bossy and don't care and u will do me nothing Multichoice Dstv

<p>During Easter holidays I requested dstv to upgrade from compact to premium bouquet for 12 days.dstv adviser told me it was done. When I reached home the upgrading was never done. I called dstv for the following consecutive days to upgrade my bouquet and I was told it will be done,but when I switch my tv it was never done. I called these ruthless people on the 4th day to cancel and not to be billed for premium bouquet which I never received. I was surprised at the end of March when I was charged for premium bouquet.I reversed their debit and paid for compact bouquet. On the 17 May 2016 my services were cut off while I was watching TV with my family. I called the "u can't do me anything dictators of satellite TV in SouthAfrica and I was told I am owing the "soon to crumble boss -dstv " R203. I explained everything but if "mugabe" has taken a decision nobody will be able to change it. I am without tv. But let me tell these arrogant dstv that they made a huge mistake."People against crime and *******ion" organisation is starting a campaign to the stop abuse by multichoice dstv. </p>
