Run around for refund from DSTV :(

I need assistance with a query that has been ongoing with my DSTV account. On the 20th of October, I accidentally deposited R3500 into my DSTV account. I have been chasing this for over a week, I have encountered very unprofessional, very rude staff and most with no knowledge of how to handle/differentiate between refund and crediting. Please can you assist with a contact whether at finance/billing. Appreciate your assistance in advance.
