Ruined evening because the movie suddenly stopped playing

Watching a movie on DSTV BoxOffice, it crashed a few times but we were able to restart. When we got to about 1/3 of the way through the movie it crashed and we couldn't get back in. We tried 3 computers, 2 operating systems (Windows 10 and ChromeOS), 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge) and wifi as well as an ethernet cable. Our internet connection was good - 20 Mbps - and YouTube etc. worked perfectly. There's nothing on the DSTV website about how to fix errors and of course the call centre closes at 7 pm. Rather use Google Play, Netflix, etc. because BoxOffice doesn't work.
