Rude,stupid Itumeleng from Multichoice

stupid and rude staff member called Itumeleng has poor customer services.

I called in and he told me that I have showmax on my account and I told him that I spoke to his colleague on the 5/03/18 his colleague confirmed that I don't have showmax on my account but he said he doesn't care that I must go to showmax to resolve it.

I didn't like his tone and he was rude and never wants to listen. I don't have showmax on my account and stop billing me for showmax

this is unacceptable. I am told that I owe R187 and this goes up every month. you message does not tie with my statement with multichoice. I was taking a shower when you called me and I would like you to confirm with an email that my account is up to date.
