RUDEST CALL CENTRE AGENT NAMED TINA

Literally just dealt with the rudest agent ever by the name of Tina. If I say that the agent is the most unhelpful and has no manners I am being nice about it. Tina kept speaking over us, not acknowledging the issue, not showing that she understands, not showing any customer service. Words, like please and thank you do no exist in her vocab. She is rudest person that we had the pleasure of dealing with. We have been calling with the same issue since yesterday and still the problem is persisting.
