RUDE,SLEEPING AGENTS DURING LIVE CHATS,UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENCY

This is how long it took for Litha to answer one question, and the 2 hours we spent on this chat, Litha will sleep through and when she returns to the chat she was condescending and responding to things i did not even ask, it took me at least an hour or more to get an answer from one question. Now you can imagine how much of data i used trying to get the assistant from her, for the error on your side. I had called your call center over 3 times this month, spoke to a team leader and went on to live chats 3 times and i must say the professionalism, incompetency and pathetic service is beyond disaster.I am with multichoice for almost 10 years if not more and have never really any joy whenever i had to contact you but this one tops it all, i feel invaluable and useless. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE
