rudeness of consultants dropping the phone on me especially Mandisa

I want to report dstv consultants that were *********** and rude Feziwe, Mandisa and Reshni, had a problem with my extra view decoder E48-32, now they blocked my dstv explora premium package from the main decoder, other consultant the cannot put it back they have been escalating my query since this morning, even now nothing has been done as if this was my fault I have to wait, I have a debit with dstv that goes every months on the 25th, not sure what to do now.
