Rudeness

Spoke to Sibongile on the 1st October 2018 in regards to us requesting a debit order to be submitted she blatantly refused and said she will not do that. Our debit order dates are incorrect and she says that's what's on the system. Kindly fix this we will not tolerate rudeness from agents.
