Rude,Disrespectful agent and Dstv unprofessionalism

I woke up disconnected this morning, having initially paid R598 of my R809 subscription, then I paid R400 about two hours ago via Capitec account, then again, I paid another R209 through the same account about an hour ago, I tried to go online to have myself reconnected, I still couldn't as it reflected that I still owe money. Fair enough, what got me ****ed is the fact that I usually do these payments via Capitec everytime and get reconnected, so I call the call center, spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Nolwazi, as I lay my complaint, she kept playing music and ask me to repeat whatever I was telling her, then she told me I need to pay, as I explain to her, she continued to play music, I got irritated with her behaviour, asked for her name, she played music again, bearer in mind, I called in, waited for 7minutes, yet I was disrespected, still not reconnected, yet I have paid Dstv, I am mad, very angry at Multichoice and their consultant who was so rude
