rude Xoliswa from Eastern Cape . I CALLED IN TO CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE to the first i wasnt told that i will have to pay extra when I sent my daughter to pay on 01.04.2023 she was told to pay R700.00 . I called in spoke to someone who kept me on hold for a very long time and hang up called again samething happened. I called for the third and I spoke to BRADNEY who tried to to explain to I ask to speak to her supervisor who asked to listen to the calls and come back to me yesterday on the 02.04.2023 which didnt happen . I called in today ans spoke to Puleng who put me on hold for 21 minutes and just hang up didnt sat anything .call again spoke to Zimkita who was helpful and she said will ask her supervisor to call me , the supervisor was sitting next to her it is now 15:01 still no call from the supervisor .I called again and I spoke to to Xoliswa who was very rude to me she also hang up on me . all I asked is please wave the R143.00 as i was not informed about . I asked the supervisor to please credit that amount she said willl come back to me I have paid R555.00 please reactivate my services . I have received a very bad service from your company . PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY
