Rude, unprofessional and unpolite agent

Multichoice agents are so damn rude and unprofessional Manqoba and naledi literally ended a chat without even assisting me with my query after I've been waiting for like 30 minutes for a response .. if you're not happy with what you're doing ust quit don't take it out on your customers

I needed to find out why theu added another decoder on my account because all I needed was the Internet package but because they pushing sales they added a decoder and the internet package now my bill is craze and I refuse to pay before someone dares to explain what the **** is going on over there and now I was charged with activation fee which I was never advised about

I need this sorted out ASAP
