Rude telesales

I just received a call from one of your operators trying to sell me an Explora upgrade. When I explained that I don't see the value or use the subscription often enough to warrant a decoder upgrade, she rep**** spitefully and ended the call without a greeting. It's bad enough to be subjected to your sales calls but this is so off-putting, I don't even want to renew any subscription going forward.
