Rude Telephone Call
Yesterday I was phoned an agent from Multichoice who was to say the least extremely rude. The number used was ***. She tried to sell me decoder insurance. When I declined on 2 or three occasions, she chose to put the phone down without so much as a thank you for your time or goodbye. Not good enough Multichoice. To say the least it was very bad behavior.
