Rude team leader and ******* billing

Last week Tuesday my account was suspended and I was told I had to pay R708 as my debit order was not successful for January so I went and paid that. Today barely a week later my account is suspended again for another amount and when I called the call centre today I spoke to a team leader who was rude and vile towards me as a client as he was telling me that the 2016 price lock I had did not end in 2018 as per our contract it was stopped this month and I owe Dstv. I asked if this was communicated to me and he said no but I was busy enjoying being charged less to notice it and now I’m making noice. I will never be disrespected by some ill mannered man not trained to speak to clients. He is a swine
