Rude staff member :Neliswa

I spoke to this extremely rude and impatient lady on the live chat. Her name is Neliswa. I quote "Do you know you not the only customer i am assisting here, i am trying by all means to be fast as much as i can so that every customer can be assisted" Seriously DSTV yr staff are either underpaid or over worked to be this angry at the customers supporting you . This will be my last month with u as I will be canceling due to this rudeness. Teach ur staff manners and patience ,u dnt speak to customers this way,I have screen shots of the entire ****py conversation. I will be showing each and every family member what u employ.
