Rude staff member and Supervisor

I went to Dstv At Corkwood Square mall in Uitenhage on the 24th Aug 2024 around half past 12 i was helped by Leigh Abrahams. I took my decoder it was faulty due to load shedding so i wanted them to reset because i was closer there in PE there was never a problem taking my decoder there because i cant afford to buy a new one now. Upon my arrival she did not even greet she just told me that she told me before she will not help me again with this decoder as i need to buy a new one. Its in the meaner that i was told it was very rude everyone in the branch was looking at me supervisor came aswell she said she didnt care whether i will report it she said she will take it further herself everyone was just looking at me i was so embarrassed. They spoke rude things in Afrikaans thinking i cannot hear them. I was yelled at as if am some small boy i also work in customer service as we do not judge our clients its like she knew my pocket that she wont help me i need to buy a new one am still embarrassed till this day because i also work in this mall in the bank
