Rude service

I just came off a call with an agent called Siyanda Mbawula who was nothing short of rude. I told him I'm calling for the 2nd time and I'm not getting answers as to why is there an error. He than responded by saying he has nothing to do with the fact that I'm calling for the second time, he is speaking to me for the first time so that's all that matters to him. I than told him I will report this and asked him if is this call recorded, he asked me why would I report him why would I do that now. I'd like the management of Multichoice to take charge of this case
