Rude service and poor quality work

<p>A dstv guy called patrick mwaba installed a cctv system at a residential complex. His quality of work was extremely poor and most of the equipment broke within the first few months. After complaints were raised to fix some of the equipment, he was very rude towards some of the residents. Also, the cost of the cctv system was R150,000 more than what was quoted. apparently another resident that also works at multichoice was part of this.</p>
