Rude service

I phoned the service to help me to manage my decoders. The rudest lady helped me it was just before 22h00 on Friday. She only had to change decoder numbers but at this stage all my tvs are off, the nearer to 22h00 the lady got more rude. At the end even my package payment went up with R173. The worst service I ever got from a company. It is a shame.
