Rude sales representative

I have just been called by a company representing DSTV (Multichoice) offering me an upgrade on my decoder. The lady was so rude when I tell her that I am not looking for an upgrade right now. She even has the nerve to shout at me and tell me that I do not understand English when I ask her about the extra costs involved. A day ruined by an idiot representing a formidable company.
