Rude Rude And Rude again

Very rude person. Just had a call from a company outsourced by DSTV Multichoice and boy o boy, how rude this person was. I cancelled my subscription due to retirement and can use my daughter's extra view. I got a call from this rude lady informing me that according to her info I still have dstv. I told her that I did cancel it and that I have proof and she accused me of laying and when I got upset she hang up after insulting me. Please stop calling me, This is unacceptabler
