Rude obnoxious installer

A Multichoice approved installer, by the name of Themba Ndebele, came to do an installation, messed it up, and when I asked him to return to fix the problem he seemed to loose it completely.<br> <br> Eventually he arrived to fix the problem, started screaming and threatening, lost his temper, and then started throwing his tools around. Next minute he climbed into the roof, banging things in the roof, damaged my roof tiles, breaking roof trusses, and left a bad impression about Multichoice.<br> <br> Are these the kind of people that Multichoice represents ?<br>
