Rude obnoxious customer service
I called the contact center to downgrade my package as I have Netflix as well o my to be giveb the worst attitude by Michael Mazibuko. He even had the audacity to say " Write my mane down ok" just becos I was enquiring on the prices on Compact plus. What terrible experience my word!!!
