Rude obnoxious
Rude obnoxious service gosh the tone in which you type in the response you give are absolutely shocking. Clearly Calvo Mawela and the whole management don’t look for the best people who are able to talk to they clients as clients and not as they were they friends.

Looking at the billing on your DStv account, the amount of R506.71 needs to be paid to reinstate the services.
Our records indicate we do not receive consistent payments on the payment date hence the account is disconnected and a balance in arrears is incurred. Our records also indicate the account is short paid.
The monthly subscription is R626.50:
- R509.00 for the DStv Compact Plus package.
- R90.00 Access fee for the PVR functions.
- R29.50 decoder insurance.
The above amount is due on the 01st of every month.
To reconnect kindly pay the above amount and this will ensure the services are running till the end of September 2018.
