Rude Multichoice Staff Member - Sinezolo from the Live Chat Department.

Do not use Multichoice and their live chat service.

You will assisted by untrained staff members who are very rude and traumatic.

I contacted live chat to update payment method & change a pacgade, I was assisted by Sinezolo who was very rude and used abusive language towards by asking me a question and answering the question without allowing me to answer.

Sinezolo gave me a very traumatic experience and as I result I have cancelled Multichoice as a whole, I cant be treated this someone for the services that I am paying for.
