Rude female Multichoice agent!

Received a call from a woman apparently working at multichoice from number *** , phoning on my mothers number asking to speak to me, regarding my dstv decoder. I have never had a dstv decoder. I advised her that she has the wrong number as I do not have a decoder or an account with them. She absolutely insisted that I have one and started shouting at me. I shouted back and dropped the call. I request this be investigated and the relevant action be taken against this employee for her rudeness.
