Rude DSTV Installers Cape Town

I called to book their business to come out on Friday Night and they confirmed they’d be there between at 8 and 9 on Saturday morning. At 8.50 I called on Saturday morning, I called again and they told me they’d be there before 9. At 9.30 the technician calls me and says they’ll only be there after 11 because he had to fetch the other technician and when I asked why he couldn’t have just called us to let us know they’d only be there after 11 he got incredibly rude over the phone and told me I can find someone else to do the DSTV repair.
