Rude customer service agent and disappointing service

I have recently dealt with DStv and their poor customer service. I have been on the phone calling them, WhatsApp, and website live chat no help. To top things I was help recently by an unprofessional and rude agent on WhatsApp. Her name is Sivuyisiwe. Her service is enough for me to cancel all my 3 subscription with DStv.
