RUDE CONTACT CENTERE AGENT.....

I received a call from DStv Multichoice call centre agent calling with number *** today 31/05/2022 @ 09;05am. This lady told me that my decoder is outdated and she would like to offer me a new PVR decoder which I will pay it in a period of 24 months. I told the lady that I am not interested in this offer as my decoder is currently working perfectly. She started to raise her voice on me telling me that I have no choice but to take this offer because my decoder is old, I told her she must not shout when speaking to me on my phone, her response was so rude at point that one would swear that am the one called this lady and ask for her assistant or opinion. Am so disgusted at this moment by the attitude of that lady and I would be very pleased if multichoice can unsubscribe my contact number from marketing database. If I need an upgrade or anything else I will contact Multichoice not them contacting me ever again.
