Rude consultant and poor service

I was just assisted by a rude, unprofessional consultant by the name of Nikiwe. I paid for my subscription on Friday, 20 Feb but on Mon 22 Feb, I was disconnected. I called in to query this and sent my PoP. Nikiwe told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to reinstate my account, as I am asking why that is because payment was made on time and PoP was sent, why would it take so long, she quite swiftly put me on hold and moved along. I did my part and as an employee of Multichice who I expect to be able to explain to me why I must wait so long simply decided I did not deserve her time or energy. She is rude and unprofessional and their services leave much to be desired.
