Hi, My name is Vuse Mabaso, I called in for assistance on Sunday the 22 of November, I got hold of the consultant who sounded so tired and was not helpful at all, I called in using the number ***, agent gave me attitude and placed on hold for more than 18 minutes without assisting me, she didn't even bear in mind that I'm not calling for free, I want nothing than this agent to face descplinary action, I'm a customer here and she should treat me with respect, I ddnt get hold of her name
