Rude considerate installer

I bought the dstv decoder at hifi corporation 17/05/2020 Mams Mall, was given a card with the installer's infor by the name of Shadrack. Called the guy same and he advised I should whatsapp him the address, the guy just blue ticked. I texted him again on Monday 18/05/2020 when is he coming and he rudely rep**** " I will assist you....pls relax". Tried to call his mobile number and it rings to voicemail, I texted when is he coming and he just blue tick. This is a reflection of someone who doesn't care about customer service, he behaves as if installing a dish is nothing but a favour, and hes wasting my time as I did not purchase the dish to decorate with. I need my dish installed in the next 24hrs please, its not credit please.
