Rude call centre agent who hung up on me

I called multichoice call centre and spoke to Ntombi, i called in to request a downgrade on my dstv, she told me she cnt do it because my payday has passed, i asked to speak to a manager because she was starting to insult me and telling me that i didnt read my terms and condition properly. She put me on hold and hung up on me later.
