Rude call centre agent follow up

Multichoice had the audacity to respond to my hellopeter complaint about their extremely rude call centre agent on 25/04 by lying and saying they responded to me privately. I have not been responded to since I sent the complaint and today is the 29th. I'm losing more & more trust in Multichoice & am seriously considering disconnecting my DSTV
