Rude call centre agent & CRAZY account billing

<p>So today I received an sms that reads "Your DStv account ********** 6 with a balance of R 10 721,40 has been handed over to SSDA. To make payment, dial *120*68584# for where to pay or call ********** 600" (Like how on earth does 1 get to owe that much on a decoder that hasn't been active in 2 years??!)</p> <p>So I called your call centre on ********** to find out how it's even possible on a decoder that is no longer active and was assisted by an agent called Bongiwe Ndlovu who informed me that "I owe the amount because I had reversed all the payments that were made to dstv". I demanded a statement of such records with the exact date and time for the alleged reversals so I can also provide prove from my bank which I am 101% sure that no such transactions from my bank took place & the said record with TIMES & DATES of when "Multichoice has been trying to contact me with no luck as my number was not going through in the past two years". REALLY?????????</p> <p>A very arrogant and rude agent by the name of Palesa Mlaba in the background (that's if it's even her real name) kept telling the agent I was busy with on the line to inform me that the statement department is closed & that "even Shoprite has a closing time". That statement right there was enough to blow the pants off my a*** & I demanded to speak to the supervisor and what do you know, after being placed on hold I am put through to the very same arrogant & rude Palesa!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I'm sitting with an account that I need to be sorted out & a very ill-mannered call centre agent with no customer ethics whatsoever!! </p> <p>I want both these matters sorted out and I expect feedback ASAP with this regard!!!!!!!! </p>
