Rude Anele and DStv ******ion

DStv ****ming me off my money, I’m being charged R399 for a R299 package, the fall of DStv doesn’t have to make them ****** us for being loyal customers. Anele from WhatsApp chat is very rude, why discontinue the chat when I need to know why I’m overcharged and why I’m told different stories from last weeks call with your call centre. Dissatisfied with the DStv content not really worth it and appalled by Anele’s service!!!
