Rude and unprofessional consultant

Poor customer service and not treated fairly. I called in today and was assisted by one of your consultant by the name of Zanele Bendwana who was so rude and also felt that she was so unprofessional.I wanted to cancel my services since I have sold my house and no longer utilising the services. The consultant told me that the cancellation can only be accepted for next month. When I told her that I want it to be as off today she advised that won’t be possible and that I must find ways on how i am going to watch the Dstv before cancellation takes place.
