Rude and unhelpful agent

I called in yesterday to down grade our plan from premier to a compact plus plan. The agent i spoke to Mihlali was rude and liked to talk over me, he put me on hold for 20mins only to come back on the to ask me how can i help u again? What was he doing for 20mins while i was on hold??? He then told me that my plan has already been changed to a compact plus but when i went to multichoice to go pay my plan was still showing me as being on the premierm plan and showing that my bill is 900 and something. I made a payment of what i remember the compact plus package to be and left. Plz can u get someone to call me sort this out and please listen to that call at 14:39 and train this agent
