Rude and nonchalant agent
Just had the worst experience with an agent called Qolisile Marline. She was so cold and evasive when dealing with my issue. Refusing blatantly to assist me and ignoring all my questions esp when I asked to rate her she just ended the session. Very rude. Disappointed in DStv service.
