Rude and full of attitude consultant

Useless consultant with stinking attitude, I called on the 03 Jan 2025 to query about the package that was upgraded without my approval, I was told to call back the next day because they are going to listen to the call. On the 04January I called and spoke to Roselina manganyi she was very annoying with attitude, she made me hold and she told me she's referring to a team leader, she came back and said she is downgrading for me as the package was upgraded in error . She asked me to hold I did for more than 10 minutes, she came back and said the system is still I must continue holding, I told her I was on that call for more than 29 min I can't not hold any longer she said hold and left. I was left hanging for almost 15min,u kept on talkkog alone she came back to ask me how she can assist me while she said I should hold, she said she went to ask for assistance I hang up out of frustration and annoyance. She was not even apologetic she continued with her stinky attitude. She doesn't deserve to be working with people
