Rude and forced to change my working decor

At 15:12 I received a call from a call centre operator forcing me to change my decoder bcz it’s old and I asked at what cost and was told two hundred and something and then I responded that there’s nothing wrong with my decoder plus I cannot afford to change now I was threatened and told that very soon it will not work telling me of the intention from Dstv to forcefully make my decoder to mulfunction with the aim of forcing me to change … this fool on the call was rude and hang up on me while I needed clarification…this is how we are being ****med
