Rude and disgusting service

Just received a very rude and disturbing call from one of the agents of DSTV. Natasha as she introduced me telling me about my warranty on my decoder is expiring and that she WILL ADD a R49 to my package to have it covered oh and is that fine.

So when I said I don't want the R49 added she said then your decoder warranty will expire, I went on saying that if anything happens to my decoder all of a sudden then I can assume that one of your technicians had something to do with.

She just said we then have to see and hung up the phone.

You can't be selling a customer a product and be rude about since we are just a few people left that still have DSTV , a lot of people left because of rudeness, incompetence from agents and the fact that it is so expensive with the same programs.

I to think that you need to have a look at your agents and how they treat the customers that pays their salary at the end of day.

Do you want another customer leaving and go where it is affordable and no repeats, I don't think so.
