Rude agents

Called in to the call center and I spoke to Clara and her manager Tebogo Thobejane she was very rude on the phone after I advised her that I have been calling in for the past 3 days to get assistance than he shout me over the phone advised her I'm putting her on hello peter she even advised me that it's fine I can do that..... Worse customer service ever
