Rude agent

I just received a call from this number *** spoke to this agent who was very rude whom I advised that I can't spoke he must call me during my lunch time

He respond by shouting at me say no he can't he won't call me again we must talk now I hung up cos I didn't understand who the hell was he think he was talking to

My caller ID shows that the number is DStv life insurance

I am so disappointed and angry this is my work time I could have just ignore the call but I didn't want to be rude so I decided to answer now I regret why did I answer the call...
